The Great Expectation
The expectations that we put on others and maybe not know it. We idealize our lovers or maybe the next door neighbor but how did we get here? Society will put expectations on anything as long as it's not in it's own back yard. We idealize celebrities all the time, bringing this into our own personal worlds. So now you meet this guy/girl and they can't do no wrong. Well that's just it you just told yourself that hot stuff is perfect. In reality no one is and if he/she makes the smallest mistake. You would be devastated that you're once perfect God/Goddess was no more.
You have to see people for who they really are, not who you think they are. If you look at just the physical of a person and once the rose tinted glass come off. Their goes you're relationship and you can thank all the media or society. I guess really this column is about how much we put on the other. When the real question is will you be standing there when the s**t hits the fan. I'm not saying to lower you're expectations just to be in a relationship. I'm saying be a little realistic about relationships. That tall dark an handsome has flaws ladies. That size two or what ever size has flaws fellas. Monica J Behind The Scenes
Offices Scenes The Chicago Journal Day 3 ----
1/20-22/2015 My day starts off jittery as my crew dwindle down. The fact that I'm addicted to Uber. On top of having classes earlier in the day. Well it all came together with the help of Don Reed Jr. skipping class to help me thank you Sir. He thinks to much but I'm very grateful for his help. I have whole lot of energy, my brain is moving faster then my body. Those who think a-lot and move forward, well I get stuck in thought. So I need to keep it moving in order to get things done.
This is probably me telling Don to stop thinking too much.
The following shoot day went a little smoother, now that Don in all his thinking understood how I work. These guys did a great job working as a team and getting the job done. I have to Thank the Universe for making this happen. Thanks to my Cast/Crew awesome!!!!! Love Letters from Trey
The expectation that I might have put on you just to make a choice. I guess to maybe make a commitment for once in you're life. I feel like I could pick up the phone to call you, but it seems letters work best. In letters I express all of me to you and only you. This is my effort of showing you how much I adore you. Maybe I'm to straight forward in the letters. I don't know what it is but we have been here before and it's always the same with you. Your fear of happiness for yourself. When will you're self worth matter. Well by time you get this letter, I thought you should know that I'm coming home.
